Journaling / Self Care Group
Take some time to add self-care back into your schedule by signing up for SCRC's Journaling/Self Care Group. Journaling provides an opportunity to self-reflect, explore internal thoughts and emotions, increase insights of personal experiences, and gain new self-perspectives.
Student's will be offered a prompt to use, or can choose a topic of their own during group writing time. Students will be provided time to discuss their writing experience should they choose to. Groups will alternate between Journaling and Self Care 活动 weekly.
Self Care 活动 will vary from art, yoga, and guest speakers.

Love Your Tree Group
For students wishing to cultivate self-compassion, body acceptance and positive mental well-being through creativity, community connection, and self-reflection, join the SCRC’s Love Your Tree group.
The Love Your Tree group includes conversations, 活动, 艺术使, independent reflection opportunities, and group experiences designed to educate, 激励, and have a positive impact by exploring the metaphor or the self/body as a Tree using symbolism and examples in nature.
